Casting Division
Our unit is equipped with world-class machinery and equipment for Pressure die casting and gravity die casting. The facility is backed-up by a well-organized Design & Development Centre and excellent QA in place.
Our Facility
High pressure die casting.
At our PDC division the process of High Pressure Die Casting is done through HMT-BUHLER machines, with a capacity range of 120 tons to 800 tons. These machines are supported with auto ladles and the furnaces are equipped with automatic temperature control system. We can manufacture intricate casting up to 8 kg. in HPDC process, using the latest technology. Through considerable knowledge of the die-casting process, we have been able to create new standards of excellence.
Gravity die casting.
With the compact Gravity Die Casting set-up, We can manufacture castings up to 25 Kgs. Different types of cores is used as per the need of the casting. • Our ability to cast close tolerance prole which often results in reducing the need for secondary operations, giving cost benefit to our customers.
Machining facility.
We have modernizer CNC turning centers ranging from 100mm chuck to 500mm chuck CNC machines and 3axis and 4 axis Vertical milling machining centers for high pression machining.
Post processing.
We under various post processing and surface treatment like short blasting, sand blasting, Grinding, Powder coating, Anodizing and other required treatments.
Coating
We under take quality assurance through Radio grapy testing, Spectrometer testing, Co-ordinate measurement systems and through high end calipers.
